Once the user prioritizes his or her goals, we will share key targeted Citigold benefits
(based on their preferences) to help achieve them. We’ll also highlight additional Citigold benefits to help the user get a sense of the robustness of the service.

Users can scan the QR code to get a customized list of benefits that can help their
